Three beach scenes to brighten up a chilly winter day.

oil paintings: I trained as a fine artist painting landscapes, still lifes, and portraits. I'm also a graphic designer specializing in book interiors, dust jackets, covers, and all print material. Often I illustrate children's books and covers. I was a Senior Designer for a major textbook publisher in Chicago and Art Director of Sarasota magazine in Florida. Now I work as an independent on a variety of book related projects. Living on the Gulf Coast has inspired me to paint the beaches and what I find tossed up on the shore.
